3 Week Kick Start

This package is suitable for someone who wants support,  

and who has  

7 pounds/3kg or less to lose in weight, 

particularly around the tummy area.

As this is over 3 weeks, and I do not support calorie restrictive one off diets, often it can take the 3 consecutive sessions to get food suited to your lifestyle. 


Please note, on average 

I work with people for a period of six months, and often longer. 

Real and long lasting change takes time. 

The length of time we work together depends on the complexity of your history and the depth of healing you’re willing to take on supported.

Depending on how optimally balanced hormone profile is such as insulin, cortisol, we will work on balancing hormones over the 3 sessions.
