- 1 multi seed bagel, halved
- 1/2 x 180g tin of red salmon
- 5cm cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- ½ tbsp Greek yoghurt
- Salt and pepper
Set the grill to high and lightly toast the bagel on both sides.Step 2
Mash the salmon together with the cucumber, yoghurt, dill, chives and the salt and pepper.Step 3
Spread onto both sides of the bagel. This can be served immediately as a quick breakfast or placed in a container for a handy, filling lunch.
