Salmon and Chive Bagel

  • 1 multi seed bagel, halved
  • 1/2 x 180g tin of red salmon
  • 5cm cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • ½ tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Salt and pepper


Step 1

Set the grill to high and lightly toast the bagel on both sides.

Step 2

Mash the salmon together with the cucumber, yoghurt, dill, chives and the salt and pepper.

Step 3

Spread onto both sides of the bagel. This can be served immediately as a quick breakfast  or placed in a container for a handy, filling lunch.
