Salmon and Chive Bagel

Ingredients
- 1 multi seed bagel, halved
- 1/2 x 180g tin of red salmon
- 5cm cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- ½ tbsp Greek yoghurt
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Set the grill to high and lightly toast the bagel on both sides.
Step 2Mash the salmon together with the cucumber, yoghurt, dill, chives and the salt and pepper.
Step 3Spread onto both sides of the bagel. This can be served immediately as a quick breakfast or placed in a container for a handy, filling lunch.
