I’ve discovered working one to one with helping people achieve their ideal weight for over 4 years, that

‘how you exercise’
are only small pieces of the big puzzle
(of successful weight loss that stays lost!).
Traditional weight loss overlook obstacles to successfully adopting a new routine.

Once we start honoring our own body, if we can fall in love with healthy living, we are laying a strong foundation for the rest of our life.
And start trusting our food choices more in line with whatever we want.
People often put on weight from trying to comfort themselves with food.
Breathwork meditation can help you become more aware of your thoughts and actions, including those that relate to food. For example, a research review showed that meditation can help with both binge eating and emotional eating.
Perhaps, the biggest roadblock to weight loss is craving sweet food, especially if you have a sweet tooth.
Breathwork Meditation can help increase your awareness levels. When you are in the ‘awareness zone’, it is easier to reject those intense temptations. You become more watchful of what you eat. Over a period of time, your cravings also reduce.

This is my own experience.
Each body type is different so the results of breathwork meditation practice will vary in each person. Your experience could be different from others. Do not compare and don’t lose hope and patience.
Breathwork Meditation is not a quick-fix; it needs to be practiced regularly for results to show.
Practicing breathwork meditation regularly alleviates you from stress, deeply relaxes the mind and rejuvenates the system and then can ithelp you achieve your ideal weight.
At the end of the day, breathwork can help us to learn to accept and love ourself as we are.
Sometimes, when you take your mind off weight loss, then you start to easily lose weight.
