This
session will last 60 minutes, with follow up email, meal plan, recipes and
supplement guidelines where applicable.
This one
off 60 min session is suitable for someone who eats relatively well, does
not have much, if any weight to lose, and just wants advice and guidance around
shedding those last few stubborn pounds around the middle or wants to feel more
energetic.
